- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Excellent communication in German and English
Aufgaben
- Develop and integrate state-of-the-art metro control systems
- Manage central vehicle and drive/brake control
- Oversee traction and automatic train control
- Analyze customer requirements for metro vehicles
- Develop system and software solutions
- Conduct testing and final customer acceptance
- Create technical specifications for external components
- Select and qualify external suppliers
- Lead expert teams technically and organizationally
- Coordinate with colleagues across Siemens Mobility locations
- Contribute to research and development activities
- Create innovative solutions for future metros
- Travel to customers and suppliers internationally
- Support vehicle commissioning at factories or on-site
