- Lead complex CNC programming activities and serve as a technical expert
- Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs
- Drive process improvements for productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Support introduction of new products, machining technologies, and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Tool Design, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior programmers
- Act as Team Leader Deputy
