Aufgaben
- Design scalable and performant applications
- Architect systems and infrastructure for large projects
- Guide customers on MongoDB architecture patterns
- Optimize MongoDB systems for performance
- Communicate MongoDB's business value to stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales for account planning
- Prioritize and qualify sales opportunities
- Generate sales pipeline strategies
- Conduct technical discovery and demos
- Create proofs of value and presentations
- Perform sizing and documentation
- Generate demand through technical initiatives
- Participate in industry trade shows
- Support account-based marketing events
- Foster strong customer relationships
- Build customer champions
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Seek opportunities to innovate MongoDB solutions
- Improve MongoDB processes
- Relay field feedback to the product team
- Mentor Solutions Consulting team members
