- Collaborate with partners and customers to design solutions
- Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to stakeholders
- Onboard and work with customer teams to solve real-world problems
- Write and test Python code to enhance customer experience
- Translate customer problems into product insights for the roadmap
- Create reusable collateral and best practices for solution engineering
- Lead discovery of new use cases and assess product-solution fit
- Provide feedback to the product team and share discovery results
