- Task management, negotiation, and consensus building skills
Aufgaben
- Install and configure technical systems
- Manage initial client system access
- Map and transfer client data
- Create required process documentation
- Train client users on system functionality
- Test and troubleshoot installed systems
- Document technical issues for escalation
- Provide product improvement feedback
- Support remote or on-site installations
- Review scope and configuration documents
- Compare regional system parameters
- Validate data mapping consistency
- Perform manual field level verifications
- Execute and document first occurrence testing
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues
- Update internal metrics and dashboards
- Create business specifications and flowcharts
