- 3+ years Windows desktop app development (Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML)

- Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers
- Experience conducting code reviews and making architecture decisions
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
- User-centric mindset for building intuitive and accessible experiences
- Experience writing automated UI tests (unit, integration, UI automation)
- Experience with performance optimization for desktop apps
- Experience with localization/globalization and RTL UI support
- Experience with internationalization and accessibility for multiple regions
- Familiarity with telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, logging, error monitoring
- Previous experience shaping CI/CD workflows and release pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of feature areas/modules
- Experience with maintenance, refactoring, and technical debt management
Aufgaben
- Lead design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications
- Develop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++
- Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development
- Ensure code architecture, performance, and memory usage standards
- Promote responsive UI and cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+)
- Maintain codebase maintainability
- Integrate and validate support for accessibility APIs
- Ensure UI controls, focus management, and keyboard navigation support
- Provide screen-reader support and usability for users with disabilities
- Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, and QA
- Shape feature planning and UI/UX architecture for the Windows platform
- Contribute to the long-term roadmap for the Windows platform
- Own the full lifecycle of features from conception to maintenance
- Ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across releases
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs and performance bottlenecks
- Resolve memory leaks, rendering issues, and compatibility problems
- Propose robust architectural or design solutions
