- Experience building/scaling own product (side project, startup, open-source)
- Previous CTO, tech lead, or founding engineer role
- Familiarity with LLM integration patterns (prompt engineering, structured outputs, agent architectures)
- Electron or desktop app development experience
- Azure or AWS infrastructure experience (serverless, container apps, CI/CD)
- Understanding of compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
