- Design business logic for programmatic advertising
- Develop and optimize ad selection algorithms
- Implement targeting and frequency capping
- Manage budget pacing and delivery optimization
- Develop real-time services with strict latency
- Process over 200K requests per second
- Collaborate with Product for feature delivery
- Ensure code quality through reviews and testing
- Participate in continuous integration practices
- Contribute to architecture discussions
- Influence the technical roadmap
- Support production systems in on-call rotation
