- Ability to make reasoned decisions and explain thinking
- Good overview of current tech trends
- Proven experience in producing high-quality code and implementing engineering best practices
- Comfort with change and ability to pivot
- Fluency in English
- Experience with DevOps pipelines
- Experience with Cloud Operations (monitoring, observability, logging, IaC)
- Experience with React and/or .NET
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or AI engineering
Aufgaben
- Design scalable user experiences with engineers, product management, and UX
- Develop fit-for-purpose solutions in collaboration with teams
- Maintain plugins for automation engines
- Operate the product across various regions with SREs and other roles
- Review teammates' code and share knowledge
- Coach less experienced engineers
- Implement good engineering practices across teams
- Stay updated on the latest technologies
- Run experiments to assess new technologies and approaches
- Contribute to building DevOps pipelines and creating monetizable company products
