- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mind-set
- Independent working style, fast learner, creative, open to new ideas
- Fluent in English
Aufgaben
- Support customer applications and system solutions for Ethernet products
- Respond to technical questions from customers
- Perform code reviews and create code examples
- Reproduce and verify customer-reported issues
- Provide on-site support for software and hardware debugging
- Create technical documents like application notes and white papers
- Conduct product training sessions
- Contribute to internal software development projects
- Initiate and lead reference design development
- Develop product demonstrators
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for system solutions
- Conduct trainings and workshops with automotive manufacturers
- Contribute to thought leadership through conferences and articles
