  • Proficiency in marketing and content tools (Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, YouTube Studio, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HeyGen, AI tools, analytics platforms)
  • Excellent English skills
  • Good German skills

Aufgaben

  • Lead global social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and B2B platforms
  • Define and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Achieve social media performance goals
  • Develop and enhance the Social Selling Program
  • Enable sales and expert teams to communicate effectively on social media
  • Create and edit IoT content formats including posts, articles, videos, carousels, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
  • Translate complex IoT topics into clear, engaging, and business-relevant storytelling
  • Drive AI-powered content creation, localization, repurposing, research, and performance optimization
  • Lead GEO initiatives for generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
  • Monitor and leverage platform developments and emerging opportunities
  • Understand Reddit, YouTube, and WeChat as relevant ecosystems for community insights and content discovery
  • Support cultural adaptation of content for different regions, including European markets and China
  • Analyse content and social media performance
  • Derive recommendations for continuous improvement of reach, engagement, relevance, and lead contribution
