- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ERP, transformation methodologies
- Profound know-how in Finance, Logistics, Data, or Technical SAP tools/processes
- Proven track record managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments
- Experience with agile and/or hybrid project methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate, Scrum)
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate) is a plus
- Ability to handle discussions in German and English (spoken and written)
- Leadership, ownership, results-driven, strategic thinking, hands-on execution
- Enjoyment of working closely with customers to create real value
