Anforderungen
- •Proactive leadership and strong industry insight
- •Significant direct sales experience in complex B2B Enterprise Software
- •Significant sales management experience in DACH/CEE markets
- •Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- •Familiarity with Salesforce and MEDDPICC sales framework
- •Fluency in English and local language (German) to minimum C1 level
- •Engineering degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or related field
- •Other local language skills advantageous

- •Drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships with key customers in CEE
- •Expand AVEVA's market presence and deepen customer relationships
- •Lead complex, high-value sales engagements
- •Identify new business opportunities
- •Deliver revenue targets through effective coaching and territory planning
- •Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers
- •Promote AVEVA software products and services
- •Engage with the account team to establish expectations and priorities
- •Assist Account Managers in developing Strategic Account Plans
- •Coach on effective use of CRM and sales processes
- •Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer decision-makers
- •Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- •Coordinate marketing and business development activities for the region
- •Expedite resolution of key customer complaints and technical issues
- •Leverage AVEVA partner ecosystem to scale growth
- •Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on account performance
- •Develop knowledge of AVEVA's core industries and current trends
- •Stay updated on AVEVA products and sales support applications
- •Exemplify leadership through expected behavior and discipline
- •Practice financial management consistent with company guidelines
