Senior Sales Account Manager(m/w/x)
Driving adoption strategies for advanced process control technologies with semiconductor clients. Willingness to travel >50% time within Europe and internationally required. Guiding cross-functional product and service teams.
Anforderungen
- University degree in a technical field with commercial experience or degree in commercial field with technical experience
- Drive, self-sufficiency, and organization
- Good interpersonal skills and communication
- Willingness to travel >50% time within Europe and internationally
- Strong presentation skills
- Relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing process control
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong Microsoft 365 product knowledge
- Experience selling metrology and/or inspection systems
- Basic knowledge in Optics, Yield Management, Defect Inspection, Metrology Technologies
- Understanding of Frontend and/or Backend semiconductor manufacturing techniques
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems such as SalesForce, SAP, Oracle
- Experience managing global customers with presence on multiple continents
Aufgaben
- Develop and drive adoption strategies for new applications or products at assigned customers
- Create and implement account strategies for assigned customers
- Guide service, application, and product teams to align with sales strategies
- Extend account relationships through regular visits and meetings
- Understand customer requirements and future roadmaps through interactions
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders including sales management and marketing
- Drive customer projects, including commercial, technical, and legal negotiations
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast information in the CRM system
- Manage the quoting process with support from sales admin and technical teams
