Aufgaben
- Analyze and optimize RF performance
- Focus on antenna efficiency, power consumption, and wireless reliability
- Define RF requirements and validation criteria
- Support LTE, GNSS, Wi-Fi, and BLE technologies
- Perform comprehensive RF validation and characterization
- Design and execute RF performance test plans
- Conduct TRP/TIS, conducted, and radiated measurements
- Measure sensitivity, coexistence, and OTA testing
- Debug RF issues at system and PCB level
- Identify interference, desense, harmonics, and spurious emissions
- Review RF layouts and provide design recommendations
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams on radio architecture
- Support certification activities for FCC, CE, IC, RCM, and EMC/EMI
- Work with external labs, antenna vendors, and certification partners
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for RF instruments
- Support production RF testing activities
- Analyze production yield issues
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams for consistent performance
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve Tractive
- Continuously grow personally and professionally
- Take ownership of areas showing potential
- Attend workshops for professional development
