Senior Retail Customer Success Consultant(m/w/x)
Customer success partnering with retailer HQ on consumer insights and commercial lead generation at a consumer intelligence firm. Strong customer analytics, shopper insights, and FMCG expertise required. Flexible working environment.
Anforderungen
- Fluent German, excellent English
- Strong experience in customer analytics, loyalty card data, shopper insights, or customer behaviour analysis
- Solid FMCG expertise and understanding of retailer/manufacturer dynamics
- Proven ability to work with senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Experience operating across multiple countries and teams
- High analytical literacy (EPOS, RMS, Panel, loyalty, CPS-like datasets)
- Strong influencing skills and ability to lead without direct authority
- Willingness to challenge client hypotheses, new perspective, positive and creative attitude to problem-solving
- Familiarity with NIQ RMS, CPS, CAS, Discover
- Experience with CRM, loyalty programs, retailer HQ environments
Aufgaben
- Serve as primary Customer Success partner for retailer HQ.
- Act as a trusted advisor.
- Build trusted senior-level relationships.
- Strengthen and develop partnerships.
- Identify commercial leads.
- Lead the insight agenda.
- Connect business questions to data-driven answers.
- Translate business priorities into analytical briefs.
- Apply deep customer analytics expertise.
- Translate customer behavior analytics into actionable insights.
- Deliver compelling recommendations.
- Deliver executive-ready materials.
- Collaborate with analytics, product, RMS, CPS, and CS teams.
- Deliver consistent value through collaboration.
- Ensure cross-country alignment using light coordination processes.
- Engage confidently with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- Contribute to scaling customer analytics (CPS) capabilities.
- Provide limited shadow service.
- Share best practices.
