- Excellent English skills
- German fluency required
- High initiative, curiosity, and pragmatic mindset
- Experience with Python, APIs, web scraping, or workflow automation tools
- Experience with AI agent frameworks or RAG-based research systems
- Experience building scheduled data pipelines or monitoring systems
- Industry exposure to Life Sciences, MedTech, Pharma, or industrial B2B sectors
- Experience in target screening, due diligence support, or competitive intelligence in M&A context
Aufgaben
- Conduct independent research for Strategy and M&A projects
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and target companies
- Evaluate external signals like earnings calls and annual reports
- Produce management-ready research outputs and detailed profiles
- Develop modular, AI-enabled research workflows
- Build and maintain scheduled monitoring runs for regular updates
- Monitor and refine output quality iteratively
- Follow the evolving AI tooling and research methods landscape
- Evaluate new AI approaches and tools for potential improvements
- Share relevant AI developments with the team
- Run hands-on experiments with new tools
- Demonstrate AI-enabled research workflows through examples and demos
- Document and prepare tools for easy adoption by others
- Build a network of AI-curious colleagues
- Clarify research questions with the Strategy and M&A team
- Translate complex findings into clear, decision-oriented recommendations
- Present findings with clear graphical presentations
