In this role, you will manage trade data flows and ensure regulatory reporting accuracy while collaborating with diverse teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve enhancing data quality, implementing controls, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Anforderungen

• •Strong experience with large datasets related to trading data
• •Understanding of financial products and derivatives
• •Proven ability to identify, analyze and resolve data issues
• •Solid understanding of system-to-system data flows
• •Strong analytical mindset with SQL and/or Power BI experience
• •Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• •Confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively
• •Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is advantageous

Aufgaben

• •Own trade data flows from trading systems to regulatory reporting platforms
• •Develop a monitoring framework for reporting accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
• •Use analytical tools to enhance reporting quality
• •Perform root-cause analysis of data quality issues
• •Design and implement data quality controls and reconciliations
• •Convert regulatory requirements into structured data rules
• •Implement validations and establish control measures
• •Collaborate with traders, operations, IT, and compliance teams
• •Contribute to regulatory change projects like EMIR and MiFID
• •Work within a multinational team across various departments
• •Engage with external stakeholders for effective collaboration
• •Facilitate knowledge sharing through documentation
• •Communicate regulatory insights and updates to stakeholders
