Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MSc, PhD) or MBA
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • 8+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
  • 3–5 years managing cross-functional projects in global, matrixed environment
  • Solid understanding of drug development, manufacturing, and Tech Ops processes
  • Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, meeting quality expectations
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organization
  • Proficient in project management tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Project or equivalent)

Aufgaben

  • Lead global, cross-functional Tech Ops projects
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality
  • Support cross-functional project plan execution
  • Translate project strategy into detailed operational plans
  • Drive daily project management activities
  • Develop and maintain project documentation
  • Control project schedules, resource forecasts, budgets, and risk registers
  • Monitor project performance against plan
  • Implement corrective actions proactively
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Escalate critical topics timely and structured
  • Maintain project information in management systems
  • Ensure transparency and traceability of decisions, actions, and changes
  • Analyze critical path and evaluate scenarios
  • Challenge assumptions to enhance project robustness
  • Prepare concise project updates and reports
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication
  • Support project management practice improvement
  • Share knowledge with less experienced project managers
