Aufgaben

• •Lead investment and improvement projects from conception to production handover
• •Develop technical concepts and prepare requirement specifications
• •Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
• •Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• •Train production staff in new processes and procedures
• •Support the sustainable implementation of best practices
• •Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams
• •Implement improvement measures to support production targets
• •Contribute to the company's Operational Excellence Strategy
• •Develop production concepts based on internal and external requirements
• •Identify and document best practices for international sites
