- Degree in Engineering (Packaging, Automation, Mechanical, Industrial, Food Technology or similar)
- Fluent German and English
- Strong project management skills and proven track record of successfully implementing complex CAPEX projects (ideally more than 5 years), delivering within budget and on schedule
- Experience leading commissioning and start-up activities with various OEMs
- Effective work with cross-functional teams and stakeholder influence
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Siemens and Schneider PLC platforms (advantageous)
- Experience in IoT industrial applications via OPC-UA server connectivity (advantageous)

- Plan and develop capital projects
- Support technical developments
- Evaluate feasibility of engineering activities
- Execute supply chain and capital expense projects
- Support growth and world-class manufacturing
- Ensure high quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes
- Adhere to Mondelēz standards
- Work with stakeholders to define capital and technical agendas
- Develop capital budgets
- Forecast cash flow
- Implement engineering developments and standards
- Support state-of-the-art process and equipment strategies
- Optimize resources and harmonize assets
- Roll out best practices
- Support capital project execution
- Ensure project quality and results
