- Conduct large projects and sub-projects
- Develop payment transactions processes and applications
- Define scope, budget, and delivery planning
- Initiate and manage initiatives with stakeholders
- Supervise performance and service quality
- Collaborate within Account Payments division
- Maintain close cooperation with supplier management
- Identify and improve service delivery weak points
- Detect optimization opportunities
- Drive optimization initiatives for client value
- Plan and control relevant budgets
- Support BID processes and pre-sales activities
- Coordinate with group functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Risk Management, Internal Audit)
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory policies
- Manage cross-functional relationships
