Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Optics, Microsystems Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- 5+ years hands-on experience in system integration, testing, verification of complex electro-optical or electronic-mechanical systems
- Strong practical skills in optical/electronic assembly, hardware debugging, failure analysis, system-level testing (DVT, PVT, SVT)
- Experience documenting test processes, verification instructions, quality workflows for manufacturing
- Desirable knowledge in high-speed digital/RF fundamentals, signal/power integrity, basic automation or programming (Python preferred)
- Fluent English; German or another European language a plus
Aufgaben
- Assemble, integrate, and test advanced photonic and electronic systems
- Develop and standardize assembly sequences
- Develop and standardize test protocols
- Develop and standardize production documentation
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting
- Conduct root-cause analysis
- Perform system-level debugging
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Optimize workstations for production ramp-up
- Optimize tooling for production ramp-up
- Optimize end-to-end test sequences for production ramp-up
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Drive quality assurance initiatives
- Implement verification workflows
- Apply structured problem solving
- Implement corrective actions
