- Lead and maintain the product master data framework across systems
- Define and uphold data standards and governance principles
- Shape and optimize product data processes for scalability and compliance
- Manage product master data for production, marketing, and sales readiness
- Promote adherence to data standards through training and communication
- Collaborate with IT to enhance data flows and interfaces between systems
- Drive automation initiatives to improve data quality and efficiency
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
- Contribute to the design and improvement of Product Lifecycle Management functionalities
- Establish and maintain product master data dashboards and quality reporting
- Monitor and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis
- Support audits and ensure adherence to data standards with compliance teams
