- Ownership and curiosity; deep care for product quality; enjoyment of learning new technical domains
- Experience designing products with deployment models, configuration-heavy workflows, versioning/branching, low-code/no-code tools, or infrastructure/platform software
- Background in developer platforms, open-source products, AI/ML software, or enterprise tooling

- Collaborate with PMs and engineers on discovery to delivery.
- Align on constraints, tradeoffs, and opportunities.
- Ensure design intent is preserved.
- Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system.
- Support complex states and edge cases.
- Ensure product consistency.
- Champion strong usability principles.
- Promote shared design language across teams.
- Drive design-led thinking in technical problem spaces.
