As a Senior Product Designer, you will focus on creating and refining communication channels such as email and SMS. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure user-centered designs that resonate with customers. Your role involves mentoring peers, leveraging insights for design decisions, and advocating for user needs in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 6 years’ experience with end-to-end product design
• •Experience with Messaging experiences, B2C/B2B platforms, customer-facing platforms, e-commerce and mobile products
• •Problem-solving mindset focusing on outcomes
• •Proven track-record in leading large design projects
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Understanding of and ability to contribute to visual design
• •Ability to bring ideas to life through prototyping
• •Demonstrable ability to present design concepts and final designs
• •Proactivity and comfort with working autonomously
• •Experience working closely within cross-disciplinary product teams
• •Understanding of how UX impacts business objectives and KPIs
