- Take end-to-end responsibility for specific product design experiences
- Use data to identify problems, evaluate trade-offs, and iterate effectively

- Advocate for mobile best practices in interaction design and performance
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional improvement
- Actively participate in and contribute to the design community
