Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding or interest in private market investments, Evergreens, portfolio management, and market trends
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within financial services; exposure to private markets preferred
  • Advanced analytical toolkit (e.g., Excel / SQL) with ability to translate data into client messaging
  • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, align viewpoints, and drive outcomes
  • Excellent editorial judgment and communication skills, ability to turn complex topics into client-ready narratives
  • Comfortable leading change and innovation, leveraging technology and AI
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and sound prioritization under tight timelines and high workload
  • Exceptional English and German written and verbal communication skills

Aufgaben

  • Shape and execute product content activities
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Client Relationship teams
  • Oversee monthly Evergreen reports and product pitchbooks
  • Contribute to DDQs and RFP responses
  • Set and enforce editorial quality and tone standards
  • Ensure consistent messaging and compliance
  • Serve as key point of contact for complex client requests
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions for high-stakes reporting
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and data tools
  • Improve content creation efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate investment insights
  • Define metrics and KPIs to track content impact
  • Stay current on private markets trends
  • Act as liaison with other content teams
  • Support global consistency in content
  • Support internal education initiatives
  • Drive business growth and enhance fundraising efforts
