- Experience with A/B testing and applied statistics
- Excellent SQL and Python skills
- Practical experience with big data tools (ideally BigQuery)
- Experience with data visualization
- Experience with version control systems (VCS) (e.g. Github)
- Experience dealing with stakeholders
- Proven record of adopting and improving team standards and processes
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with Airflow (nice to have)
- Experience with using data lakes/data marts (nice to have)
- Experience with geographical data (nice to have)
Aufgaben
- Bring insights for logistics and customer domains
- Collaborate with a team of 5-10 analysts
- Drive projects across various data functions
- Work with Data Science to enable data-driven decisions
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business vision and priorities
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights
- Build creative and engaging data visualizations
- Develop and curate unstructured data with Data Engineering
- Refine and challenge stakeholder requests
- Generate new data analyses
- Lead data exploration projects
- Identify and define future data needs
- Own the data catalogue for logistics dimensions, metrics, and KPIs
