- Hands-on experience sourcing BPO services
- Ability to lead BPO deals end-to-end
- Capability to run large, complex BPO sourcing initiatives
- Expertise in BPO tender and negotiation process
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise in BPO
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred)
- Confidence and gravitas to engage senior stakeholders
- University level education or equivalent
- MCIPS desirable but not essential
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to structure complex deals
- Ability to develop clear sourcing strategies
- Strong discipline in documentation and traceability
- Ability to operate in audit-ready environments
- Highly organised
- Results-driven
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Experience with market-leading sourcing tools and systems
- Professional, collaborative team player
- Flexible and proactive mindset
- English speaking and writing skills
- German speaking and writing skills
- Experience in EMEA/DACH environments preferred
Aufgaben
- Advise senior client stakeholders on strategic sourcing
- Lead complex BPO outsourcing initiatives in regulated environments
- Develop category and sourcing strategies
- Conduct market analysis and assess supplier landscapes
- Design and execute RFI/RFP processes
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms
- Draft contracts with outsourcing-specific clauses
- Manage and deliver large-scale global sourcing projects
- Coordinate cross-functional deal teams and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with key BPO suppliers
- Stay informed about market trends and developments
- Achieve KPI and sourcing objectives
- Mentor and coach experienced sourcing professionals
- Support colleagues on complex BPO deals
