- Ensure representation of private assets in investment views and strategies
- Train private bankers and investment specialists on private assets
- Create effective marketing materials
- Design distribution roadmaps and identify legal structures
- Understand regulatory distribution requirements and tax implications
- Define operational processes for successful delivery
- Review risks and issues impacting delivery
