Aufgaben
- Lead internal audit program across finance, operations, technology, and compliance
- Align audit program with organizational priorities and regulatory expectations
- Engage in executive-level dialogue with senior management
- Challenge decisions constructively and influence outcomes with evidence-based insights
- Ensure timely remediation of audit findings
- Maintain robust follow-up and escalation protocols
- Enhance communication and stakeholder engagement
- Tailor audit messages to senior audiences, including the Audit Committee and Board
- Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure audit recommendations lead to sustainable operational and control enhancements
- Drive team development and succession planning
- Strengthen leadership capability and foster professional growth
- Uphold the highest standards of audit quality, documentation, and reporting
- Leverage technology and analytics to enhance audit effectiveness
- Collaborate with the CAE and other senior leaders to refine long-term internal audit strategy
