Anforderungen

  • Master degree in vehicle engineering, automatic control or related field
  • Experience in vehicle stability, torque vector, brake systems and mass production
  • Experience in ESP products VDC module software development
  • Proficiency in classical, modern, model predictive or robust control theory
  • Proficiency in C programming, debugging and embedded software development
  • Skill in Matlab/Simulink, CarSim and model-based development
  • Knowledge of vehicle chassis control, dynamics and integrated control algorithms
  • Experience with functional safety components or Torque Vectoring development (plus)
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Aufgaben

  • Analyze algorithm requirements and design architectures
  • Research and develop vehicle stability control systems
  • Model and optimize torque vectoring algorithms
  • Develop algorithm models using Matlab and Simulink
  • Build hardware-in-the-loop and rapid prototype platforms
  • Review designs and verify functional performance
  • Rectify control algorithm issues and bugs
  • Support vehicle performance tests and bench evaluations
  • Assist with embedded code transplantation
  • Debug algorithms to solve field problems
  • Document development processes and create reports
  • Perform failure mode and system development analyses
  • Calibrate parameters to meet customer requirements
  • Optimize modeling specifications and technical processes
