- Manage and maintain the analog and mixed signal IP catalog
- Provide IP models, verification data, and simulation test benches
- Track IP revisions and history
- Maintain structured bug tracking and customer notification flows
- Facilitate internal IP reuse through robust documentation and integration
- Act as the main R&D contact for the Foundry Product Line
- Represent analog and mixed signal design requirements in foundry discussions
- Collaborate with R&D teams on PDK, device models, and design rules
- Assess IP portfolio completeness and contribute to roadmap development
- Drive make or buy evaluations for new IP developments
- Manage third-party IP providers in a 'buy' model
- Oversee a team of IP design engineers
- Provide technical guidance and design reviews for IP blocks
- Perform hands-on design of critical IP blocks
- Plan timelines, workload, and capacity for IP development
