Anforderungen

Many years of experience in Power Automation, protection systems, or substation automation architectures
Very good knowledge of project execution value chain
Validated knowledge of High Voltage and Medium Voltage electrical networks
Practical experience with AI-assisted development methods, prompt engineering, or model-based engineering support
Ability to structure sophisticated engineering problems into scalable and executable concepts
Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
Efficient collaboration in interdisciplinary and intercultural environments
Proven understanding of software architecture principles, API integration patterns, and agile development practices
Effective collaboration with platform engineering and solution architecture teams
Master’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems engineering, automation engineering, or equivalent

Aufgaben

Transform classical engineering workflows into AI-enabled approaches
Translate Power Automation workflows into AI-assisted prototypes
Collaborate with software architects, developers, UX specialists, and AI experts
Validate AI-based concepts for engineering feasibility and consistency
Contribute to architecture-aligned engineering concepts
Develop enablement materials and conduct workshops
Provide technical mentorship to global engineering teams
Define and supervise metrics for engineering tool effectiveness
Drive improvements in development cycle efficiency
Stay ahead of AI-assisted engineering trends
