  • •Familiarity with CMMS/IWMS systems, SAP, and project reporting tools
  • •Expertise in project governance and KPI tracking
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Advanced MS Office skills for executive-level reporting
  • •Ability to develop and implement standardized processes
  • •Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • •Knowledge of local building, fire, and environmental codes
  • •Experience in international or multi-site project environments
  • •Capability to build and lead a PMO team
