- Lead and execute high-end photo productions from concept to delivery
- Manage studio and on-site photo shoots
- Own and execute advanced lighting setups
- Direct models and talent for strong poses and natural performances
- Translate conceptual ideas into impactful brand visuals
- Collaborate with Producers, Strategists, and Social Brand Teams
- Develop and deliver innovative creative solutions
- Ensure efficient production and post-production workflows
- Maintain top-tier image quality and consistency
- Oversee image selection and basic grading
- Contribute to retouching as needed
- Handle gear responsibly and keep sets organized
- Stay ahead of photography and social media trends
- Apply trends to fit brand aesthetics
- Nurture the studio's creative culture
- Maintain a strong presence in the studio
- Foster a collaborative, hands-on environment
- Provide clear creative direction on set
- Support, mentor, and elevate junior talent
- Help make the studio a thriving creative home
- Utilize advanced flash/strobe lighting expertise
- Choose and build lighting setups for any situation
- Demonstrate confident model direction and styling instincts
- Apply expertise in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One
- Shape concepts into premium content that performs
