Senior Payroll Officer(m/w/x)
Monthly payroll preparation for clients across Swiss Cantons, including year-end closing and audit support. Swiss payroll regulations knowledge required. Professional development and TMF Business Academy support.

Aufgaben
- Prepare monthly payroll for clients in various Swiss Cantons
- Generate periodic payroll reports (pay slips, monthly summaries, accounting vouchers)
- Complete year-end closing tasks
- Facilitate smooth payroll audits
- Manage payroll-related tasks (withholding tax, social security, other insurances)
- Coordinate with third parties on payroll matters
- Handle HR requests from clients
- Implement TMF’s payroll procedures and policies
- Conduct technical research on payroll issues
- Manage client relationships for a portfolio of entities
- Assist the Accounting section with payroll issues
- Perform four-eyes checks and back up an additional client portfolio
- Support the team across Swiss locations
- Guide Associates and Senior Associates on client portfolios and other work
