- 5+ years international O2C, export, or supply chain experience (FMCG/CPG preferable)
- University degree in Business or Supply Chain, or 7+ years relevant experience
- Fluent English; German is a plus
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM/TM), BI tools, MS Office
- Experience managing complex international supply chain setups
- Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process understanding

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end O2C process for international markets
- Oversee order processing for finished goods, visibility items, packaging materials, and branded cars
- Coordinate transport planning and shipment execution
- Ensure export compliance with customs and legal requirements
- Track shipments through delivery
- Maintain service reliability using BI tools
- Handle invoicing, credit notes, returns, and claims
- Support credit risk and dunning activities
- Identify and resolve operational risks across the supply chain
- Ensure smooth product transitions across markets
- Support product launches, packaging changes, and lifecycle activities
- Maintain material, customer, and pricing data in core systems
- Serve as main contact for assigned markets
- Manage communication with subsidiaries, distribution partners, co-packers, and 3PLs
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Business Applications, Data, and Commercial teams
- Support stakeholders through projects, training, and issue resolution
- Drive process and system improvements
- Advance digitalization and automation initiatives
- Use data insights to improve performance and decision-making
