Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years relevant professional experience in ML/AI or Data Science engineering role
- Track record designing, shipping, maintaining data-driven or ML solutions in production (cloud or edge)
- Strong coding skills in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Data Science and ML stack (pandas, scikit learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, MLflow)
- Experience with modern AI tooling (coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, MCP or comparable frameworks)
- Solid grasp of software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD, monitoring, operationalizing models)
- Fluent English skills
- Valid Austrian work permit
- Ability to build end-to-end solutions solving real user problems
- Curiosity about fast-moving AI/agent ecosystem
- Enjoyment of experimenting with new tools
- Enjoyment of ownership
- Ability to take project from blank page to deployed service
- Strong attention to detail
- Data-first mindset for decisions
