In this role, you will connect with Key Opinion Leaders and serve as a scientific expert, facilitating the exchange of vital information. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating on clinical trials, leading projects, and mentoring new team members, all while enhancing patient care through strategic insights.

Anforderungen

• •Advanced scientific degree or equivalent experience
• •Minimum of 5 years MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• •Rare disease experience, particularly in Oncology and/or Neurosciences
• •Demonstrated mastery of presenting clinical/scientific information

Aufgaben

• •Identify and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• •Serve as a scientific expert for the medical community
• •Facilitate the exchange of scientific information
• •Communicate expert opinions and feedback on clinical trends
• •Act as the primary liaison for investigator-initiated research
• •Collaborate with Clinical Operations to enhance patient enrollment in trials
• •Support medical congresses and lead clinical discussions
• •Lead national projects as delegated by medical leadership
• •Understand country-specific pharma regulations for MSL activities
• •Provide clinical presentations in various settings
• •Develop and execute territory plans aligned with strategy
• •Build relationships with clinical decision-makers at institutions
• •Partner with cross-functional teams for health economic data generation
• •Mentor new hires and less-experienced MSLs
• •Facilitate field medical onboarding programs
• •Support the Country Medical Director in KOL engagement planning
• •Collaborate with Global Medical Information to improve processes
• •Contribute to national and regional medical strategy
• •Provide scientific support to the Regional Medical Director
