Senior Manager Tenders and Proposals(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- •Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or tendering
- •Proven track record of winning and managing large-scale public tenders
- •Deep understanding of public procurement laws and compliance requirements
- •Strong project management skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Fluency in English and German, with Spanish as an additional asset
- •Proficiency in proposal management tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite
- •Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with senior leadership
- •Experience applying the Shipley sales process or similar frameworks
- •Experience with public tendering entities in Europe and Germany
- •Having obtained a security clearance in a European Member state is considered an asset

- •Review and analyze RfQs, RFPs, and tender documents
- •Identify key bid requirements and submission deadlines
- •Develop bid/no-bid recommendations based on priorities
- •Formulate winning strategies with internal stakeholders
- •Lead the proposal development process and quality control
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal inputs
- •Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and client requirements
- •Manage proposal documentation and bid repositories
- •Work with finance and sales to develop pricing models
- •Assess financial and contractual risks and propose mitigations
- •Align cost estimates with market trends and business objectives
- •Coordinate with stakeholders for proposal approvals
- •Build relationships with public sector clients and partners
- •Manage interactions with legal and compliance teams
- •Develop and maintain reporting on major opportunities
- •Prepare bid summary documentation for internal approval
- •Develop dashboards integrating multiple pipelines with CRM
- •Continuously improve the proposal development process
- •Maintain a knowledge base of past proposals and insights
- •Train and mentor junior Proposal and Sales Team members
