- Excellent command of English and German, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end preparation of regulatory reports
- Submit regulatory reports (Pillar 1, EU/German statistical, Pillar 2, transaction)
- Interpret new regulatory requirements
- Assess strategic relevance of new regulations
- Ensure reporting processes remain compliant
- Manage continuous improvement of processes
- Manage automation of processes
- Manage transformation of processes
- Manage continuous improvement of controls
- Manage automation of controls
- Manage transformation of controls
- Manage continuous improvement of data quality
- Manage automation of data quality
- Manage transformation of data quality
- Own regulatory reporting for new product processes
- Own regulatory reporting for new geographic market expansions
- Act as point person for internal auditors
- Act as point person for external auditors
- Act as point person for regulators
- Provide mentorship to junior team members
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members
