Aufgaben
- Lead and manage the Printshop, including Scheduling, Production Admin, Warehouse, Production Coding, Label Manufacturing, and In-Process Inspection
- Establish and implement processes to enhance productivity
- Hold staff accountable for meeting performance standards
- Develop and implement training plans for growth and improvement
- Train staff on new and revised procedures and work instructions
- Identify resource needs, hire, train, evaluate, and set standards for direct reports
- Conduct annual employee development initiatives, mid-year, and year-end evaluations
- Communicate timelines with internal and external collaborators
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments and sister sites
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and appropriate discretion
- Investigate internal incidents and customer complaints
- Prepare reports and assign responsibilities for corrective and preventive measures
- Report critical metrics to management
- Ensure thoroughness and accuracy in assignments
- Conduct activities safely and efficiently
- Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client protocols, and quality criteria
- Model and demonstrate the company values (4I's — Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement)
- Integrate PPI into daily work
- Apply Good Manufacturing Principles
