- •4–7 years experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management
- •2+ years experience in digital assets and trading/custodial workflows
- •Existing network of institutional contacts highly preferred
- •Ability to discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, and sub-account structures
- •Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and volume targets
- •Strong presentation and complex conversation skills
- •Startup mindset and ability to pivot quickly
