- Maintain documentation system for ER concerns
- Develop and deliver user trainings
- Conduct complex ER investigations
- Address bullying, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation
- Restore organizational health post-investigation
- Provide credible advice on complex workplace issues
- Counsel employees on performance management and end of employment
- Mediate complex disputes between parties
- Train managers and HR Business Partners on ER processes
- Champion adidas values and behaviors
- Deliver regular ER reporting to stakeholders
- Create executive-ready insights using dashboards
- Maintain accurate ER records in Case Management System
- Define technical requirements for data sources and reporting
- Identify trends and translate them into insights
- Enable data-driven decisions via dashboards and narratives
- Leverage productivity tools for reporting and data analysis
- Draft, summarize, and refine case documentation
- Ensure confidentiality in stakeholder updates and presentations
