  • HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience working across EMEA
  • Employment/Labor Law experience applicable to Employee Relations issues in EMEA
  • Contributed to the strategy and vision of an Employee Relations Geography
  • Contributed to the strategy and vision of an Employee Relations function
  • Trained and/or qualified mediator
  • Knowledge of sporting goods industry
  • Retail experience
  • DC experience
  • Working knowledge of other languages than English

Aufgaben

  • Drive ER incident process
  • Maintain documentation system for ER concerns
  • Develop and deliver user trainings
  • Conduct complex ER investigations
  • Address bullying, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation
  • Restore organizational health post-investigation
  • Provide credible advice on complex workplace issues
  • Counsel employees on performance management and end of employment
  • Mediate complex disputes between parties
  • Train managers and HR Business Partners on ER processes
  • Champion adidas values and behaviors
  • Deliver regular ER reporting to stakeholders
  • Create executive-ready insights using dashboards
  • Maintain accurate ER records in Case Management System
  • Define technical requirements for data sources and reporting
  • Identify trends and translate them into insights
  • Enable data-driven decisions via dashboards and narratives
  • Leverage productivity tools for reporting and data analysis
  • Draft, summarize, and refine case documentation
  • Ensure confidentiality in stakeholder updates and presentations
