Global compensation framework design and enhancement for a growth consultancy. 6-8 years HR experience with global compensation management required. Work from abroad, extensive training curriculum.
Anforderungen
- 6-8 years HR experience, focus Compensation & Benefits, global/regional role
- Managing global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, reward cycles
- Understanding compensation benchmarking, market practices, total rewards
- Experience with regulatory topics (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive)
- Hands-on experience SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Employee Central (EC)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, data to insights
- Experience in international and/or matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Clear, structured, confident communication style
- Hands-on, reliable, detail-oriented, balance operational/strategic work
- Business fluent English; German and other languages a plus

- Oversee all aspects of regional compensation
- Align compensation with total rewards philosophy
- Ensure market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Own and enhance global compensation frameworks
- Manage bonus and incentive programs
- Conduct salary review cycles
- Advise on complex compensation topics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop fair and transparent pay structures
- Collaborate with regional HR, Legal, and Finance
- Optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module
- Ensure system readiness and high data quality
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams for continuous improvements
- Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives
- Ensure alignment with total rewards strategy
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with global and local stakeholders
- Align on compensation topics
- Drive decision-making
- Deliver clear and structured communication
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion
