Aufgaben
- Support accounting and reporting for acquisitions
- Collaborate with Group M&A and Finance teams
- Assess accounting and reporting implications
- Support financial due diligence
- Evaluate financial reporting risks and opportunities
- Lead integration of acquired companies
- Drive Purchase Price Allocation processes
- Establish opening balance sheet positions
- Coordinate cross-functional integration activities
- Develop training on accounting policies
- Deliver training on systems and compliance standards
