- Lead and develop Core Purchasing team
- Inspire collaborative, results-driven culture
- Execute Core Purchasing strategies for platform and pre-development
- Drive RFQ and quotation activities
- Ensure strong commercial assumptions and cross-functional alignment
- Oversee sourcing decisions and cost models
- Maintain platform price libraries
- Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Category teams
- Develop strategic supplier relationships
- Leverage market insights to optimize cost, quality, and risk
