In this role, you will support the development of n8n's legal function, enabling the sales team to close complex deals while providing legal guidance on privacy and AI. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, advising on compliance, and creating scalable legal resources.

Anforderungen

• •Qualified legal professional with 5+ years PQE
• •Strong English fluency
• •Expertise in commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, and open-source licensing
• •Confidence in navigating GDPR, CCPA, and AI regulations
• •Empathy and business-minded collaboration
• •Curiosity for tech and automation
• •Familiarity with open-source models
• •Experience in fast-scaling environments
• •English as company language

Aufgaben

• •Drive commercial contracting
• •Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including SaaS, DPA, channel, partnership, and vendor contracts
• •Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to close deals
• •Deliver creative, risk-based solutions to unlock revenue and protect the business
• •Provide legal advice on GDPR, international data transfers, CCPA, and other global privacy frameworks
• •Advise cross-functional teams on AI's legal implications in product development and go-to-market strategies
• •Establish a scalable approach to AI and privacy governance
• •Address legal questions in real-time with a builder mindset
• •Enhance and maintain scalable legal templates, playbooks, and training materials
• •Design and implement a self-serve legal portal and processes for a fast-scaling global team
